Larry Webb A good friend had been watching my exploits with racing motorcycles. He recommended trying building for the road. Hossack road bikes were born.
Straight away I had to deal with a different format. Weight was no longer the top priority now durability was prime. The ball joints would have to survive grit and damp, I chose sealed ball joints that actually came off a Citroen GS car. I also elected to do just the front suspension.
How I adapted the standard Kawasaki 1000 frame to a Hossack front suspension system.
