The Story:

In about 1995 the bike development came to a halt.  There was no interest so I got a job.  But that didn't stop me from thinking and generating ideas. I came up with the "QAR" project and asked a few questions. 
 

Can I make a vehicle that:

1.  Rides and leans like a bike.

2.  Keeps you dry and warm.

3.  Doesn't get your shoes wet .

4.  Doesn't require a crash hat.

5.  Adds rider protection.
    

The project has never graduated from my computer but, just maybe, one day it will.
